Straight forwards process of about 30 networking questions and a follow-up interview with experience and performance questions..The manager seemed approachable and professional. Now in the waiting process, not sure if there will be more interviews or not at this point.

In-Person Interview with CFO and IT manager- Asked Networking questions and then gave me a test on paper with about 15 networking questions. Follow up interview with job offer, meeting with owner of company, and discussion of salary. Got offered the position but declined. The company seemed very disorganized, small, and the owner of the company gave me a bad impression, so I went with my gut and declined. The wait for the follow up interview in the reception area was about an hour for me because I'm assuming the CFO forgot that he had an interview that day.
