Basic interview questions. Not difficult, but definitely a great place to build a portfolio, and I had 3 rounds before an offer came. The people who interviewed me were HR, PM, and APM.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at LUMA Residential in Apr 2024
Interview
For starters, I received multiple reminders to confirm my interview, which is amazing when you work in Property Management. This helped me prepare for the call with Angie, the Recruitment Manager. When I took the call, the conversation and interview questions flowed so well. The relevancy of the questions asked, pertaining to my experience, were simple and to the point. I really hope to be considered for the position I interviewed for, and be a part of a company with an amazing vision and culture.
