Ghosted after being interviewed for 1h, zero feedback not even a rejection email..I followed up asking for a response and didn't get any answer again, then after 30 days an automatic rejection.

Unfortunately, my experience interviewing with LSEG was very disappointing. The process spanned nearly three months, requiring a significant investment of time and effort. After my first-round interview, I heard nothing for over two weeks. After following up with both the recuriter and hiring managers separately, I was eventually invited to a panel-style presentation interview, for which I spent considerable time preparing. Following that, I was again met with complete silence for over three weeks. When I followed up, I discovered that my HR contact was no longer with the company and that the position had been filled—something no one had communicated, and still their ATS system shows my application is 'in process'. Overall, the lack of communication and follow-through made me feel that the company did not value the time and effort candidates invest in their hiring process. It was an extremely frustrating experience and fell well below expectations for a company of LSEG’s stature.
