First got an pre recorded video interview that required me to submit within 48 hours. It mostly asking about behaviour questions. Then, I got my second interview email within few days, the hiring manager is friendly.

Seemed like a decent hiring process. They are discerning with choosing candidates and expect professionalism. However, after going through several interviews with their staff/the management, they will ghost you and refuse to respond to any emails you send after that.
