Right from the top, the interview was a complete waste of time (position in East Europe country).
First, they lie about the starting date, messing July with october.
The budget is for entry-level but the expectations are for senior level.
The HR recruiter is a total mess.
Structure: It was a three stage interview:
1. One with HR
2. Two with country manager
3. One with the heads of Risk and Quant Departments (happened in fast succession being in great need)
