Was called to an interview almost after a month of sending the application, this was honestly the first red flag. Then an HR "intern" contacted me giving me the details of the interview. Which was again not a good indicator for me. Then during the interview there were two people, and asked the basic questions like they asked me to introduce myself, asked about my family, a project where i had to take leadership, agile methodologies, and career goals for the next 5 years. During the entire interview they didn't write a single thing down. And apart from the question about the career goals, I answered the other questions pretty well. I didn't receive any feedback so yeah I had to assume that I failed it. Then about after a month and a half after, I got an email saying I was rejected. Honestly the worst experience ever. The amount of ghosting was insane. Wouldn't recommend applying through LinkedIn. Go through a referral or career fair.
