I attended the interview from the college. There was one on one round which had both hr based questions as well as technical questions . The questions were mostly based on situation and more of knowledge of a person in finance area.

Seemed like a decent hiring process. They are discerning with choosing candidates and expect professionalism. However, after going through several interviews with their staff/the management, they will ghost you and refuse to respond to any emails you send after that.
