It was a telephone interview. tooks about 30 mins. They may not call in at the agreed time and you may have to wait a while. Usually 5-10f minutes, but if it's more than 30 minutes you may need to reschedule a time with the recruiting team.

why sales and why LSEG? 1, group project if the group members have different views how do you deal with, the final result how 2. You encountered a situation that required you to propose a new method to improve the existing situation, how did you propose a new idea and how did you improve the situation? 3, tell a project experience that you are proud of, what difficulties you encountered during the project, how you improved it, and what the final result was

Interview
The whole process took around 2 months, from the online application, online assessment and test, a phone interview to finally an assessment center. All the assessment runs virtually. The process is quite long but they answer the email and inquiries effectively. You may ask questions and clarification by using email, so it is clear and smooth.
