I applied via referral, I was contacted by HR after 3 months, had a technical interview that I passed (some java questions, general QA process questions and SQL), then i was booked to a "business interview" they wanted to see how suited I am from the business point of view - here out of 2 interviewers participated only one and after this, nobody has ever called me again (there are already 2 months now). I wouldn't say I had a bad performance to the second interview, however I had indeed a lack of work experience related to coding. Anyways it was a good experience for me overall.
