Interview
After the initial phone screening a different coordinator contacted me to book the first set of interviews. There were two interviews back to back for this position with other Research managers. Both interviewers asked similar questions and I thought the interview went great. I was even told what the next steps in the process were going to be and who I would be interviewing next. The next day I reached out to thank the coordinator and promptly got an automated no-reply email saying they are moving forward with another candidate. It was super impersonal.

It was mainly conversational/discussion to gauge personality fit. Obvious questions about why do you want to work for LRW.
was contacted through linkedin by a recruiter and included 4 phases. Call with the recruiter, call with hiring manager, case study, panel interview. Overall, they were really quick with the process and kind.

Interview
Pretty quick process that only took about a month. Spoke with someone at HR first followed by 3 30 minute interviews with other team members and leadership. HR called me a few day after my last interview with an offer.
