Horrible - The recruiter opened with “Tell me about yourself,” and after I answered, she just said, “Okay, perfect. Do you have any questions for me?” and that was it. No follow-ups, no real conversation, nothing about my experience. The whole call was maybe 10 minutes long, and I didn’t move on to the next round. Honestly, it felt like she had already made up her mind and just wanted to get off the phone. It’s frustrating because how can anyone get to know you (or fairly evaluate you) with just one vague question and such little time?
