Multiple interviews with a visit on-site, people acting nice but not sure it's a great company for graduates cause evolution seems limited from what I've seen. They seem to really want the best candidate but the advantages ain't good enough lmao One thing I did not appreciate is that they check your references before the interview and don't say nothing just to see if you say the truth. Managers act like they're police... Seems like a nasty weird environment
