Immediately after applying I had to do a 15 minute aptitude test to be considered, even though I had already done so many with this company. Then sometimes they email me asking for a salary range and I give a range, but then they never get back to me. Useless HR
3-4 interviews all over the phone. The first was a very simple introduction with their recruiter. Two were classic interviews that mostly asked personality and thought process questions. There was also a short excel exam.

Initial IQ test and personality test. Then, Phone Screen followed by another online personality test, Excel test, and MS Teams interview. Phone screen takes 15-30 minutes, then 1 hour long Excel test that they send you through email.
