Interview
The process was clear and well-structured right up until the final interview. After that, I never received any feedback, even after sending a follow-up email. I found that pretty unprofessional, especially considering the amount of time and effort I invested throughout the process.

Question 1
The interviewer had clearly gone through my resume in detail, which I actually didn't see as a bad thing. Overall, the questions were thoughtful, relevant, and made sense for the role. There was also a case-study exercise designed to assess analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
