Interview
I met with the owners and discussed the position. I have known the owners for years and worked in the same industry. A position was becoming available and I was asked if I would be interested and we discussed some of the issues and solutions. I was made an offer that I accepted and we moved forward with the hiring process.

I was not really interviewed, since I already knew the owners and had worked in the industry we basically discussed the position and how to move forward if I were to accept the job.
