LJA Engineering Hydraulic Modeler/Project Engineer interview questions

I had a strong interview with 3 people where we discussed hydraulic modeling experience. Casual conversation and felt great. I received an offer a few days later but it was retracted due to I-9 onboarding issue. After I did my research, I realized I was fully eligible to work as a green card holder but their HR was simply too lazy to look into the rules.
