Two part interview - First meet with the human resources employee about job description and basics. Then, meet with the Dietitian Manager for more job specifics about the position and questions for the job. Lots of questions about performing the specific duties for nutrition assessments, working with a team, managing a dining room, and dealing with senior citizens.

This was a brief phone interview with a recruiter for a position at Senior Life Uniontown. The recruiter asked basic questions about why I wanted to leave my present job and did I know anything about the company I was applying for. The recruiter explained briefly the scope of the job. After she asked me how long I have been a dietitian, she asked when I could interview with the company and would call me with a confirmation. The next day she called to say the company had decided to go with an employee referral for the job.
