This is the 2nd time pursued by LHH. September 2025, I was sent to an interview by LHH, and ghosted, so assumed I was not chosen. This time I was emailed by a recruiter. Not only was my resume heavily altered from original, the details provided were not collpborated by the client - too big of a discrepancy to be a mistake. Once again ghosted. One time shame on you, second time shame on me. When this was Ajilon, they were an amazing company- now just as bad (or worse) as direct hire. I am finished with them. I can appreciate not being chosen, but at least communicate when you state you will.
