First interview is getting to know what you know about the particular job you applied for, any techniques you mention make sure you can explain them in good detail. Research each part of job description throughly. Around 30 questions get asked. Second interview was much more about getting to know you as a person, was a lot more relaxed and chatty. Competency based questions and personal values questions as well as why do you want to work here etc.

The interview was smooth as the interviewers were helpful and asked relevant questions regarding the placement. The questions asked were more about the role and the company rather than yourself. It took half an hour in total.
