The interview process went exceedingly quickly (they requested the first interview on a Wednesday, and requested that I agree to an in-person tour of the facility on Friday to meet with the coworkers I'd be working alongside. However, the hiring manager seemed to be exiting the team based on what they were describing at the time. Way too many organizational transitions that paralleled how fast the interview process was going, this indicated high turnover for me. There was also discussion about the cultural dynamics and how it was extremely strict and different from some more American-centric companies. I decided to not move forward in the interview process because there were too many red flags. I think the company is working on stabilizing the org changes, but it seemed dysfunctional across all departments at that location from what I was understanding.
