I applied online. I interviewed at LEARNstyle (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2018
Interview
Phone Interview: 15 minutes of information about the company, 15 minutes of question - answer. As a technology coach you have to work with students with learning disabilities in either elementary or highschool. They mentioned that work is based on requests from the school board, so if there is less requests then there would be less shifts scheduled. The compensation for a full working day (7hours) is $200 if you happened to work 7hrs or you could happen to just teach the student for half the day, then you'll recieve less. There isn't reimbursement for mileage during travel, and you'll need a background check, G license and a reliable car. Training is considered as 7 days, where 3 days are in the field being trained hands-on from a senior technology coach.
