Interview was relatively simple! Quick zoom interview, asked basic retail questions. Time span between first interview and offer was 2 weeks. I would highly recommend interviewing with their HR team.

What difficult situations have you had to deal with while working in retail?
Applied online, uploaded a resume and cover letter. Got an email shortly after to do a hirevue video interview (you record yourself answering questions) and submitted it. Next I got an email asking to meet in person. Did an interview with a small group of higher-ups and was offered the position shortly after. Very quick turnaround time for me, interview was very comfortable and easy going.

What’s something you see yourself bringing to the role, why le labo, tell me about your work experience, tell me about yourself, tell me a time you helped your manager with something and improved the store, tell me about a conflict you had and how you handled it, what does scent mean to you etc.
