I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at LCI Academy in Sep 2022
Interview
A very brief skype call. Where the owner of the academy explained a little about what the school was like. Asking if there were any questions at the end of the short conversation.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at LCI Academy
Interview
Skyped with current (western) teachers who told me everything I needed to know and asked straightforward questions, very relaxed, got confirmation within a couple days. It took a couple months to get the background check and visa and then I flew over and was reimbursed for airfare on arrival. Hospital visit with a drug test on arrival as well. Pay a courier to save you time on the background check.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at LCI Academy in Aug 2012
Interview
The interview was over the phone, and very casual. The employer asked me about my past experience in educating children and what I learned from it. He then went on to ask about my personal life and goals, and what I do on my downtime, and why I want to come to Korea.
