The process is long and drawn out. They have group interview sessions on Saturdays and total disregard for your privacy. The hiring managers are juniors but think they are the business, a completely toxic hustle culture.

Applied online. Was asked to complete an hour long test. Completed. Received a positive response that the Company would like to do two video/audio interviews. I selected the time. Arranged the interviews the same day. Everything was fine before the interviews. Dialled in, no one joined the call for the first and for the second interview. Noone attempted to send even a notice last minute. Disrespect. Maybe i was unlucky this time. I can accept it if i failed an interview. Do not you ever treat people like empty air. Overall company profile is also built upon how it treats its own people and prospective candidates, especially in the age of digitalization, you cant hide from any wrongdoing any longer. Good luck finding good and right people with the attitude you have demonstrated.
