I had an introduction phone interview where the main focus was on personality fit. This was followed by a challenging tech test without a deadline. Once this was submitted I spoke with a couple of members of the tech team to explain my approach and thought process. I was then asked to come into the office for a face to face to understand my interests and technical fit within the team. The HR department were involved at every stage and I was quite surprised their independent approach.
