Called in for an interview with the manager. Show you around the center while asking questions and getting to know you. Interview takes around a hour. Will receive a call or email stating if you got the job or not.
It starter with very simple questions about myself and my time availability. Then went on to why i wanted to work for the company. Then asked about if im comfortable answering calls, interacting with members and doing saftey checks.
Super easy. Straight forward. Simple questions. I think it is a great place to start off as a trainer or just a front desk associate to see how the gym operates.
