First I had to submit a video telling a bit about myself. Then I had a virtual interview and basic interview questions were asked. Once the interview was completed I very quickly received an email offering me the position.

Interview
I applied through Indeed for a part-time recruiter position. I immediately received a request for an online assessment. A few days after this, I was contacted by L & E Research to provide a video assessment. Shortly after submitting my video assessment, I received an email from their HR Recruiter requesting a video interview. A few days later I had my video interview and I was offered the position that day.

The video interview was very informal. The HR recruiter was very personable, and there weren't many "interview questions" asked. It was more of getting to know one another and discussing my background and my current job situation to ensure I am a good fit. I am overqualified for the position and I am aware the pay is minimal. However, I am seeking an entry-level recruiter position, and my hope is to grow within the company. This position suits my availability and is exactly what I am seeking, which is flexibility and a position that allows me to connect with people. Overall, it was a seamless process and a great experience.

Interview
The hiring process is 100% virtual either online or over the phone. It was a relatively stress-free process. There were two interviews with standard interview questions, a skills assessment, and several back and forth emails beforehand.
