The interview process was very well constructed. The first part was about the company, what had been achieved, what was needed for further achievement, and a description of the vision for how the position would make those achievements possible. The second part was technical, with specific technologies' qualifications asked about. And lastly, the third part was getting to know you as a person, which is rare in interviews for IT positions for some reason. I felt that by getting to know me as a person they were really more interested to know whether I was a fit, personally, rather than technically, which can be taught if the foundation is there.
