I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at L'Oréal (New York, NY) in Jul 2023
Interview
One of the most unorganised interview processes ever and my time and value was not taken into consideration. I did a quick connect with a recruiter and was then basically given a single time the hiring manager could meet, and they weren't flexible with my schedule. That interview was very unorganised and chaotic as well. Then I was cold-called to ask if I was still interested in the position because I had not responded to an email within an hour of receiving it.
Hi there, we greatly appreciate employee feedback, both positive and negative. We are sharing your review with the concerned teams. In a culture of feedback and constant growth, we really value the constructive feedback that you’ve shared with us today.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Columbia, MO) in Feb 2015
Interview
My sister has a friend at the company and introduced us. I then contacted her and we had a nice email conversation and she passed on my information to someone who was better suited to talk to me about opportunities. Then a 30 minute phone interview was conducted and it was awesome, fun, and really exciting.
