Interview
First round was a phone interview, asking some general information. A very standard phone interview by human resources department, and then they passed my information to the team I applied for(controlling team). I was required to attend on-site interview by senior controller. They asked about brand and past working experience, but the most important part is if you are a fit to the team.

What do you know about L'oreal? What do you know about PPD(the one I applied for) what is your interpersonal skill?
The job interview was very pleasant, with a relaxed and direct atmosphere. It was very insightful. The discussion included a short case study where you had to apply simple mathematical rules.
Friendly HR intern but with low interest in the candidates’ background. Very quickly it comes to end. The time between invitation and interview is quite short for well preparation and final response were very slow.
