I applied through university. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Saint Louis, MO) in Sep 2015
Interview
I applied through campus recruitment. There was no written process, it was entirely based on an initial interview at the Career Fair and then a callback interview. The initial interview was very brief with an HR person at the Career Fair, the callback interview was more personal in a quiet room with an HR person and an operations person.

First HR using english and about 2 weeks later is user interview. He/she asking daily case of the job position Actually it was simple and the process of recruitment is good.
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at L'Oréal in Oct 2020
Interview
Very long process. First round was in October, didn't hear back until April for second round interview. Recruiters were very busy and could not give clear timelines. overall the process was very dragged out and stressful because I was in limbo.
