Interview
I was referred by a fellow esthetician who worked there part-time. I went into the store with my resume and talked to a manager and then she gave me an application to fill out and scheduled an appointment for an interview that weekend. I went in person for that interview and she loved me so then I went on to do a phone interview with the DM the next week.

Describe a situation where you had to deal with a difficult customer? Describe a recent good customer service experience? Describe a time you had to deal with a challenge on your own? Why should i choose you over other candidates? How many hours are you looking for ? WHat pay are you interested in? Describe a time you did not get along with a coworker. What do you like about sales? What makes you a good sales person.
