The interview process with KJLC begins with a debriefing and alignment discussion with recruiters to clarify the role and expectations. If selected to move forward, the next step involves an on-site visit, including a guided tour of the facilities where you would be working. Following the tour, you’ll participate in a series of one-on-one interviews, as well as a panel-style meeting with several managers, each asking role-specific questions. Once all meetings are complete, the interview concludes and you are escorted out of the facility.
