Quite a short and informal interview process - I was asked about my background experience, why I wanted to work there and then I was hired on the spot afterwards

After 3 days of sending in my resume, i got a call for an interview. I came in and the manager asked a few questions like... do you have experience with children, do you like children. and that was it. No training was completed.
Easy, just a resume screening, and asked questions about how i would walk kids through problems. Asked a lot about available work hours. Simple enough and pretty informal. Need experience in math and english
very typical behavioral questions, past experience if any, tell me about yourself, situational questions. tell me three words others would use to describe you. There was also a training to teach younger kids, as well as marking pages.
