the interview process wasn't bad. they called me over the phone to conduct an interview and had me over in person the day after. it was easy to get the job, even as a high school freshman

phone interview. interviewer asking several questions regarding qualification, spm results, why want to be teacher, whether interest with kids or not, can work during night and weekend, have a child or not
I turned up and was asked a few questions about my education and motivations for working with them. They asked me to do an hour of unpaid labour as a 'trial'.
