Very casual, will ask why you want to work in kumon, specifically why in education. Very casual and quick aswell. Also made sure you were able to stay and just observe the work environment.

Quick and easy in about 3-4 questions. I walked right in and got things started. I was seated in the classroom and it was only the franchise owner that interviewed me.
The interview was extremely short and contained brief questions. Not a lot of them referred to any prior knowledge regarding math or English skills. The most important ones are regarding one's ability to work with children.
I applied online via email and received a reply in a few days for an interview. It was an 1 on 1 interview. There was no test and the interview lasted for 15 minutes.
