The interview process was calm and pretty relaxed. There wasn't much to it and if you've taken Kumon classes at the centre for a while then you'll likely already be fairly close with the instructor.

Question 1
My skills and how I can contribute to improving the learning environment.
1. It was a brief phone call it figure out a schedule whether you can come in to taken an exam.
2. Ones you complete the exam, they will let you know if you are right for the position.
There is an application submission, brief interview, basic math/reading assessment, discussion of availability and responsibilities, possible training session, then hiring decision based on communication skills, accuracy, and ability to work with children.

Lighthearted and fun conversation! The boss was very polite and informative on the position and explained a lot about the structure and students. Once on the job, I cultivated an engaging and interactive classroom environment that ignited students' enthusiasm for learning. By tailoring teaching methods to individual learning styles, I fostered a strong sense of interest and participation in the subjects at hand
