Interview
I was asked a few basic questions about my knowledge of their program and had to take an on the spot without preparation high school math test in algebra. Needless to say, they didn't even call me back one way or the other. Got to love that.

Question 1
Do you know what your future with us (Kumon) will be?
1. It was a brief phone call it figure out a schedule whether you can come in to taken an exam.
2. Ones you complete the exam, they will let you know if you are right for the position.
There is an application submission, brief interview, basic math/reading assessment, discussion of availability and responsibilities, possible training session, then hiring decision based on communication skills, accuracy, and ability to work with children.

Lighthearted and fun conversation! The boss was very polite and informative on the position and explained a lot about the structure and students. Once on the job, I cultivated an engaging and interactive classroom environment that ignited students' enthusiasm for learning. By tailoring teaching methods to individual learning styles, I fostered a strong sense of interest and participation in the subjects at hand
