Interview consisted of two parts: general interview questions, then a Kumon numerical test. You also have to stay for a full shift after your interview as a trial period. After the full shift, you will be notified if you were hired or not.

the process was easy/okay there wasnt any hard questions and they were mostly personality questions and about my reasons for wanting to join the team and how well i work with other people
Quite a short and informal interview process - I was asked about my background experience, why I wanted to work there and then I was hired on the spot afterwards
Easy, just a resume screening, and asked questions about how i would walk kids through problems. Asked a lot about available work hours. Simple enough and pretty informal. Need experience in math and english
