      Webmaster Interview

      Apr 20, 2012
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Teaneck, NJ
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kumon (Teaneck, NJ) in Apr 2012

      Interview

First Interview: Phone screening with HR Second Interview: 1:1 with branding manager, 45 minute math test, 45 minute reading test, 2-3 page writing sample Third Interview: 1:1 with manager of IT, manager of PR, observation of a Kumon classroom, and written report Managers asked basic questions about my experience and skills. A lot of tests and writing and questionnaires for seemingly no reason. I can see how this would be a relevant part of the process if they are seriously considering a candidate - IE not in the beginning of the process so as not to waste anyone's time.
