Very casual. In person interview with director of the center. I had to call a few times to get in touch with the director, but they call you back when openings are available. The process may differ with each center as there are different owners/directors.

It was a 1 hr interview and they gave 10-15 Math puzzles - school level to solve at the end. Like LCM, HCF, Solving algebra equations. Looking for the one who would be suitable to work with children aged 4-10

Interview
It Was easy and good interview. Aptitude was there.location was easy to find. Aptitude was English and maths which was of kids level test. Interviewer was kind enough to explain about the institution and work.
The interview process for the position of Assistant Instructor was decently quick but thorough - included a test and also some general questions about past work experiences/working with children and myself/my goals.
