I had two interviews for two diffetent positions. Interviewers were average and inexperienced. With one interview, they said they cancelled my meeting “by mistake” and then didn’t get back to me until i push them to reschedule. Also they dedicded not move forward with me in two days, which was a little odd i must say. With the second one, they did the interview and it has been almost a month and there is no negative or positive feedback. Also, interviewer insisted too much to make me tell her about my salary expectation which i don’t prefer to do until i meet and talk to direct managers. Their process seems unprofessional and unorganised. Questions were so outdated and they were measuring nothing.
