For any person of colour- January 10 2022 review from a former IT MANAGER is totally telling. Excluding the number of times the hiring manager cited when/why he could layoff an employee, the interview was wonderful and down to earth during which was implied severally I could get the role, 2 plus months and few emails later they advise they were keeping my interview on file for next round of hiring. Now currently in the next hiring phase and there's been a lot of ghosting and non responsiveness. An employer who doesn't believe there is strength in diversity is just another step down the hill. I strongly encourage any person of colour to look elsewhere for a worth while employment opportunities because YOU DESERVE BETTER!
