The interview lasted in total appr. 2 hours. First part was with an HR representative. Focus was on knowledge about Kuehne & Nagel, the job itself, motivation to change, expectations etc. I also got an explanation on what the specific department is doing and where to put it from an overall perspective which was very helpful. Availability and salary expecations have also been discussed. Atmosphere was open and convenient.
The second part was with a representative of the department. Focus was on technical qualifications, relevant working experiences at my previous job. Also here I didn't feel unconfortable but as a respected conversation partner.
