Interview
1. Technical interview conducted together with the team from Sibiu and an HR representative. The difficulty level was easy, suitable for junior positions, focusing mainly on object-oriented programming principles.
2. Open discussion with the IT Manager from Germany, also attended by an HR representative.
Throughout the interview process, the involvement of the HR department was excessive, with a strong emphasis on defensive questions and highlighting only the negative aspects. The position was not presented in an appealing manner, creating the impression that the person responsible for recruitment already had a preferred candidate for the role. The questions asked by the HR representative were the same in both interviews.

Question 1
During the HR interview stage, only defensively toned questions were asked:
Don’t you think you might get bored in this role in the long term?
Why didn’t you choose to work for an outsourcing company?
Don’t you think commuting could become difficult, considering that your current workplace is very close to home?
Why do you trust the person who recommended you for this position?
Recruiting consists of three interviews:
HR - casual discussion about expectations
Technical - C++ questions, level medium
Management - friendly conversation in german
Process took 2 weeks, was called soon after each step.

Interview
Das Vorstellungsgespräch fand telefonisch statt. Ich habe mich kurz vorgestellt, einige Fragen über mich und meinen beruflichen Hintergrund beantwortet, und meine Fragen zur Stelle sowie zum Unternehmen wurden ausführlich beantwortet. Das Gespräch war freundlich, angenehm und verlief in einer offenen, sympathischen Atmosphäre.
