Interview
I only had a two round interview and it was very cordial. The team was interested in personality fit over technical knowledge. Focusing on development of talent over experience, especially at entry level.
Three interview stages, starting with an informal conversation with directors and a vice president followed by an assessment centre and a final follow up interview. Assessment Centre includes a basic financial modelling test comprising a cash flow calculation.
The interview process was fairly straightforward. It consisted of three components: an intro call with someone from HR, followed by an online interview with a director, and finally an on-site interview with three team members.
