Krispy Kreme has a very laid-back feel in the office. My interviews were with HR followed by a manager and a director. HR asked mostly behavioral questions and was looking for fit with the culture. The manager and director also asked behavior questions but in a much broader sense. They were looking to understand my background to see if I would be a good match. Definitely be familiar with the business and the category.
