I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Kreischer Miller
Interview
it takes only few hours, a recruiter talked to me first and then an audit manager. the recruiter asked more behavioral questions, while the audit manager let me ask him many questions.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Kreischer Miller (Philadelphia, PA) in Sep 2016
Interview
I applied for the Audit Intern position through the university's career website. I had to provide my unofficial transcripts and fill out the application on the firm's website. When I came on campus for the interview, one of the seniors greeted me and kindly answered some of the questions I had regarding the interview process. Then I met my interviewer, Kristin. She made me feel so comfortable that I felt like it was a friendly conversation rather than an interview. Most of the questions were behavioral in addition to some standard ones like "Tell me about yourself." I heard back from Kristin within two weeks and happily accepted the offer.

Question 1
Describe a time when you went above and beyond the expectations.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kreischer Miller (Horsham, PA) in Aug 2016
Interview
I heard from a recent hire that KM was looking for one more audit intern. I contacted the recruiter and heard back almost instantly that they were interested in speaking on the phone with me that day. Just based on how well that conversation went and how friendly the recruiter was, I had a very good feeling that I was going to like this firm. I scheduled an interview for about two weeks later at the firm. I interviewed with the recruiter and two people from the audit department. The interview was around three hours long. It was very easy to talk with all three interviewers. I could tell right away that I liked the environment at this firm, that they valued their employees, and that the employees enjoy coming to work everyday. This was a feeling I had not felt at other companies I interviewed with.

What does it mean to be a leader? If you could change anything at your college, what would it be? What accounting classes have I taken/have I taken auditing yet?
