I scheduled an interview two weeks out with Nick Kraus. His team was insistent on a particular day to accommodate Nick’s schedule (after I expressed it was the least convenient day for myself). I moved my schedule around to accommodate his and showed up on time.
I was immediately informed Nick wasn’t going to be there as he was traveling for business (After being told explicitly that he would be there for the interview). I ended up interviewing with Bohdana instead. This wouldn’t have been an issue except I moved my schedule to accommodate Nick’s, and without warning he never appeared.
To be honest the interview didn’t go very far from there, I lost interest in the position once finding out the company’s communication techniques were lacking. As a first experience with a company, this was far from ideal. They clearly do not value other people’s time.
Through my time in the office it was obvious they had little experience with business development, the structure was poorly set up and priorities were not put on employee retention. There is a reason small companies stay small.
