      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (London, England) in Apr 2016

      Interview

      - CV and cover letter upload - 1 min video presentation upload, why Kraft Heinz, why should we hire you - Online test numerical and verbal - Skype interview 45 mins - Assessment centre two stages, first very short 15 min 2:1 interview followed by a business task and a presentation of our results - After lunch half candidates (10) were told they were unsuccessful, other half (10) had a panel interview with the european management team. I did not get as far as the panel interview but I believe they split the group into two and each group of approx 5 people had an hour long panel interview The recruitment team were very nice throughout the process. However, I felt that the short interview at the assessment centre was not long enough to demonstrate my skills, as they asked two negative questions and then a couple of other questions so I didn't feel that I was able to show case my strengths effectively.
